Ordering Information and Shipping

Ordering Information:  Terms are net 30 days with written purchase order to accounts approved for credit by CSI; all others are advanced pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Electronic Transfer of Funds, or Bank Check.  All payments MUST be in US Funds.  Please note that all orders placed over the phone require a hard copy of the Purchase Order before the order can be processed and confirmed.

Shipping: 

We will use the most efficient and/or economical means of transport, unless otherwise requested or specified.

Limited Warranty: 

Clever Sys Inc. (CSI) warrants all the products bearing its name and trademark against all defects in material,  workmanship, and performance to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the original  sale date by CSI.  Products not manufactured by CSI are not covered under warranty and you must contact the original manufacturer.   Defective merchandise must be received at CSI, no more than 13 months from the date of the original shipment by CSI and must be sent freight prepaid by the sender.  CSI holds the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on items purchased and returned due to any circumstances other than malfunction.
